I was supposed to meet with Sarah, however she was sick. I then met with a Senior attorney. He spent some time with me and went over details and where I stood. They were supposed to find more information and contact me with questions posed. A little over 1 month later I call them to get information and speak to the same guy who then tells me everything he told me was completely 180 reversed. I asked him why he did not phone me to tell me he was wrong. He did not answer. I told them I have been operating on the details he gave me for over a month and this really hurts me. He was still silent. I then posed more questions for him to ask the owner Sarah so I could get some order of what is right/wrong. About 10 minutes later I get an email stating they decline to represent me. Basically after I act on incorrect information from them for over 1 month they decline to even straighten out the answers they gave me. Look Elsewhere.for your needs.

Originally I was supposed to meet with Sarah Sypher for an initial consultation and scheduled that a month in advance. I took the only time off from work that I was allowed to take. I was fifteen minutes early. Thirty minutes after the appointment was supposed to be, with zero check in from the front desk I finally asked what the delay was. The receptionist told me she was meeting a client that ran late and that she will be ready in five minutes.
After fifteen minutes I left. The attorney then had the audacity to call and email me stating that she was now free I could turn around and she would leave her office open.
If this was an appointment that was spur of the moment I could understand, but to set an appointment a month ahead of time and have the attorney be so late is both unprofessional and points to time management concerns.
