Mr. HIll Moore and Mr. Doug Breyfogle were my attorney's throughout my bankruptcy process. I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding. I did not have any issues with my case, that has now been discharged. All of the staff at Moore & Associates were timely with their responses to any questions I had through the filing process. They were affordable, and allowed me to make payments which helped a great deal. I did not once ever feel uncomfortable when in their offices or while communicating with their staff. They are fantastic too work with.

My interactions with Moore & Associates were primarily limited to Doug Breyfogle and his administrative assistant Kim Beaubien, so the majority of this review is specifically in reference to those interactions. It is worth noting, however, that all of the calls I made to the main office during my case were handled promptly and professionally.

Doug and Kim are simply outstanding to work with. I cannot put into words how nervous a Chapter 7 filing made me, and they made the process as painless as possible.

Starting with my initial consultation, Doug was upfront with the risks of filing in relation to the nature of some of my debts, and explained the process in a very down to earth, step by step format. I appreciated the honesty that he demonstrated in categorizing debts, assigning levels of risk to the success bankruptcy would have in discharging them, and being frank with if he believed Chapter 7 would be right for me. Some attorneys will take on a case regardless of if it is actually beneficial to the client, Doug wanted to be clear on where we stood and what the potential outcomes would be. I walked out of my initial consultation with an understanding of how my case would proceed, as well as the likely challenges I may have to face.

Kim was outstanding throughout the filing process. She helped with what documents I would need, arranging my creditors, and responding to my eMails in a timely fashion. I have professors at school that take longer to respond than Kim did. Everything was answered within 24 hours, but more frequently I would have a response in under one hour! She was calming to speak with on the phone, told me what I needed and how to get it to her, and made the process feel easy.

The firm itself accepts payments as you are able to make them, but it is worth noting that your case will not be filed until the complete amount discussed in your initial consultation is paid. It took me about 60 days to get everything paid off, and during that time they were still working with me on documents.

Finally, on the date of my 341 hearing, Doug made sure to take the time to sit down with me and explain everything that was about to happen. He walked me through the trustee's questionnaire, and when he noticed my nervousness was causing me to misplace my license and social, offered to hold on to them for me. Small gestures, yes, but it was nice to have someone there to keep me organized and to work as a calming presence. After the hearing, he walked me through the next steps, and that was that. The whole process was painless.

If you've read this far, there's one more thing I would like to convey: They take their work seriously. Part way through the 60 days of payment I mentioned above, a creditor secured a wage garnishment against me. They moved incredibly fast. Doug actually stayed late on a Monday to complete the second consultation, then we had the signing process, and shortly after everything was filed. Within a two week window everything was resolved. They will wholeheartedly put in the effort to help you if you are putting in the effort to help yourself.

I could not be more thankful for Moore & Associates. Simply a phenomenal firm.

I was at my wits end with bills and dreading looking for an attorney's office with confidence of who could give me the best advice I needed about whether or not bankruptcy was for me AND I just moved to the area! I let my fingers do the walking and found Moore & Associates, called and made an appointment and going with them has been the BEST decision I could've made! My first encounter was with Amanda at the front office and she is such a sweetheart because anytime I had a question, all I had to do was email or call and if she didn't have the answer right then and there, she'd find out and gave me an answer via email, text or call within 24 hours or less. My attorney Lisa Billman was also great, she explained in detail the process, what was expected, all documents needed, etc and was also always available via email, text or phone call to answer any and all of my concerns.
