These people accepted my case wanting me to do a bunch of medical test that my insurance would not cover and incur a bunch of cost to later tell me they didn't think they could win in trial and they were not gonna take my case when they already took it to begin with.
Do not Trust these guys. They told me for sure we had a case. I mean I ate glass at McDonalds and then to turn around and wanting me to take all these test which cost thousands of dollars and then release my case? I'm in more debt due to These people. Do not trust them. They should have told me in the beginning and just been honest.

But in response to the lawyers reply below...No one got in contact with me regarding these options, they just blew me off after they decided not to take the case almost a year later. So in response to your quote help. Anyone who files an easy form does not have options of tax write offs. We're not all rich lawyers. And in response to getting insurance to pay, we all know that most of us have deductibles that must be met in order for the insurance to kick in, so I am out all the money To pay for my medical expenses and worse off you guys made my credit go bad because you keep telling me not to pay it and McDonalds would pay it. So you not only did not help me, you destroyed my credit.
Anybody reading these reviews please, take note that they only respond on bad reviews to try to get you to change your review, and that's why their review number is high, not because they have done a good job. They just try to qualify control their bad reviews.

I called on a Tuesday, was told to expect a call later that afternoon or next day. No call, so I called back Thursday there was no record of my previous call. Someone did take my info for the second time. As I explained to her that I didn't want to deal with a big corporation on my own in fear of being rail roaded, she proceeded to say "well that doesn't always happen". That really wasn't the right time for her to state her opinion. I waited all day Thursday again no call back. I called back Friday morning and was told they could not help me. I thought no case was to small? UPDATE: no less than an hour after I left this review Tyler Patterson called me and apologized and let me know that if I ever need any help they would be willing to help.
