Created confusion with her making things up . She missed a lot of court. Surprisingly given quite a few continuances for us. She costs Lot's of money. imo

I believe the below post was my soon to be ex-husband and girlfriend impersonating me to attack my lawyers with the Colgan law firm. My lawyer has been excellent. They have always been available when I have reached out to them and very patient, kind and knowledgeable.

If you want your lawyer to not call you back and refuse to take your phone calls after you've paid then this is the place for you.

Phenomenal attorneys. They did a great job with my child custody case. Would recommend them to anyone. Both parties came to an amicable agreement though they helped me reach my goals in every respect.

Very professional, understanding and diligent. Had a great experience working with Jim. I really appreciated the legal advice and their work in the court on my behalf. Would be hard to find a finer law firm. I hope I never need to use them again, but I feel good knowing I have the relationship in place just in case there is a need.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience with this law firm! My lawyer didn’t even show up to court because she was “too hurt from her accident to carry all her files”...when we knew she had been in court days prior to my court date with her injuries and then the day after. They sent her husband instead of her, but no one informed us of this, and we had no idea to be looking for him instead of Ann, and no idea what he even looked like! We got there only to have the court date postponed yet again. My lawyers husband agreed on a date standing right in front of the judge...then the next day changed the date to a whole month later. We found out later it was because they were going to be on vacation on the date he had first agreed to in court! So unprofessional! And when we expressed our dissatisfaction with how unprofessional they were being, THEY quit on US. Ann also ignored many of our emails during the process, and it was clear to us that it eventually came down to personal matters and differing opinions between her and us. I would not recommend that anyone use them! We will also be filing this with the BBB. When you’re going through one of the most stressful and emotional times of your life, you need a lawyer that will back you 100%- not one that bails on you and adds to the stress!

They lied to my dad, he paid 2,000 supposed flat fee with supposed small charges for newspaper prints and public attorneys we told them we needed to pay up front because we wouldn't be able to more later well it's later and they're charging us of thirteenhund dollars and threatening to sue thanks Colgan law firm for upholding the standards I expect from lawyers

Would never go to anyone but Ann or others in her firm. She is honest and knows what she is doing. She is not shy in telling her own clients about themselves when wrong, she does the right thing. Thanks for making lives better, you have more of an impact than you know.

What a great family! I really them and very professional!

They have handled my mothers estate probate with excellence, and have been wonderful to deal with, they're understanding and explanatory on subjects I don't quite grasp the full definition to. I would recommend them! I'm very appreciative to have them handling all of the case.
