If I could leave zero stars I would. WORSE experience ever! I turned all my stuff in on Feb 20th to file bankruptcy due to some horrible unforeseen circumstances that occurred over the past year. Instead of helping, they created more stress. I drove from Salina because I trusted them. Huge waste of time and money. They said they would help me. His assistant was clearly annoyed from the beginning (5pm Friday and he was putting the filing fees on the bankruptcy payments). Then I got the runaround for a month with little contact from them. Denying she got information that I sent. Never given important information such as keeping track of my income taxes. My car got repossessed and he claimed he would help me. His assistant, I believe in an attempt to discourage me, told me payments would be between 6 and 800 per mo. And wanted to know if I wanted to proceed. Still nothing filed knowing it was an emergency situation, THEN told they wouldn't help because I didn't keep every single receipt from my tax return (NEVER told I needed to do). She was very judgemental and when I brought my concerns to the attorney (again, almost a month after starting the process), that's when they informed me they wouldn't help me. Thanks for the unprofessional waste of time and money of a single mom whose already had an insanely rough year and was in an emotionally overwhelmed state of mind.

Called Watton Law Firm in KC and thank goodness I did!!! Shouldve from the beginning! Cheaper fees, same distance, meeting with me to do ALL the paperwork and file first thing MONDAY (keep in mind this is 4:30 on a Friday that I'm in almost panick attack mode calling them), will have my car back next week (they even called the finance co for me), oooh and all for $124 approximately a month. He said no matter how you calculate it, it was no where near 6 to 800 per month. And they were SO caring and calm working with helping me calm down and assuring me that everything was going to be okay and that they could fix everything for me. Now if only I would've went with them a mo ago instead of going with someone else i wouldn't have been in this horrible jam this week. Thank you Michael Watton!!
