Thomas is the best! Very personable and on top of that very good at what he does. From the very beginning he seemed like he really cared about what I had to say and clearly layed out all of my options once he heard me out. Thomas walked me step by step through everything and always made sure to check back in with me. I always felt very in control of the situation despite it being a very scary experience for me personally. Told him what I wanted and he delivered.
