He has an easy going personality and he'll answer any questions you have and explain things in easy to understand terms. Mallory is very responsive to any emails that you send her way and that is definitely appreciated as well. I hate it when I try to contact other places and it takes FOREVER to get any response. You won't have that issue here. This practice is professional from top to bottom.
