This law firm works on behalf of top notch auto sales in Pueblo Colorado. This law firm has taken up debt collection practice and has accepted some very unsavory clients. May be involved in organized crime with top notch auto sales also being known to the Mexican mafia to provide vehicles for human trafficking of women. The Pueblo courts have recently ruled in favor of several plaintiffs going after top notch auto. This is a frivelous claim your law office has pursued against me and it has no merit. This is just jacked up. After I was told my debt was paid. I got hit again with the same debt. So today I checked again and it says it was paid back in December. So y’all are garnishing me why? Same company y’all garnished me for before and now it’s randomly there again? I will be contacting my HR to my job and sending them proof it’s been paid so y’all can leave me alone. I’ve been lied to and put in hardship. I’ve done my part. Y’all won’t get another dime and I’m going to see what I can do regarding the funds y’all took wrongfully.

This attorney claims to have served me with a summons in person. Never did. Faked it so they could get a judgement could be entered. An employee there yelled at me when I asked him when. Crooked people. They work for Top Notch. Never do business withthem

This place is dishonest and mean. I have paid on my bill I have been in contact with them. I called last week and let them know what was going on. This morning I woke up to no money in my bank. The month of December can be a hard month for many families. If anything happens to me you and your company will be known.!!! People can only take so much especially when they are trying and have been in contact and paid on my bill. I hope you and your team have a very Merry Christmas knowing you ruined someone else's!

He has help me with Tennant eviction. Was very happy with his service and knowledge.

Represents every slumlord in Colorado Springs. Every slum car dealership. Showing up to court was a joke. 50 of the same case in one room of low income people getting taken advantage of. And all the good reviews come from colleagues or the person collecting the debt.

Got back to me quickly and provided basic legal advice for free. I would go back to him for help.

Hired him for what I thought would be a quick resolution case. He dragged his feet to increase his fees. He gathered information at the last minute and went in totally under-prepared. Due to his negligence, I was unable to resolve my matters in a timely fashion and suffered some devastating losses. I would avoid this guy at all costs.

Why am I still getting heckled by you morons after paying?

I payed my fraudulent charge, but now I'm receiving a summons for court? You idiots clearly don't know the left hand from the right. Corrupt and stupid!

The veterinarian's office I work at has used Mr. Davidson for several years to help with collection accounts. He has done a good job and when a client comes in to pay on an old debt, they have told me he is very considerate and willing to work with them. I would highly recommend Mr. Davidson for collection accounts.

Many of the negative reviews seem to be coming from persons Kenneth Davidson collecting on debts, so I'd like to share my experience as someone he collected a debt from.

I went through a bad divorce and bankruptcy, and as a single mom struggled to make ends meet. I owed some money that went to collections because I couldn't pay and didn't want to work with the company.

Not only was Kenneth dedicated to tracking me down to communicate with me (I moved multiple times), once I started communicating with him, he was very understanding and worked with me on getting the debt resolved.

He had integrity, didn't make me feel bad, call me names, or harass me, but he was tenacious in making sure it was a priority. Great customer service and flexible. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a debt collected, and for those who have debts in collection, I would say he's one of the better ones out there so appreciate it!

I hired him for a landlord tenant dispute. He was the worst attorney I have ever worked with. Over priced at 300.00 per hour. I had to fire him before the case was even half over. He has a problem with communication and often went against my wishes and did not represent my actual instructions. When he was faced with an actual litigation against opposing counsel, he was very disappointing. I have seen high school mock attorneys with better skills. If you need a bill collector he might be a fit. If you need to communicate with your attorney and actually litigate against other attorneys, I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND Kenneth E. Davidson.

I appeared in court to address a bill of $500 which had been taken over by the law offices of Ken Davidson. They then alleged I did not show up at court, and the bill rose in their office to $1200. After making consistent payments for 8 months, i missed a payment, and they garnished my check, at Christmas, $800. Merry Christmas, Ken Davidson. Sure you will sleep well with my kids' Christmas money. You appear inherently evil. Praying for you.

The complaints seem to be coming from the people that have collections due. I used Kenneth Davidson to help evict a couple that were months late and totally going to destroy the property. He drafted one letter to the tenants and they started their move. This was after months of threats from this tenant. I highly recommend Mr. Davidson.

This law office is about as low as they come I wouldnt even give them one star...I tried working with them on payments and they started garnishing me, i was in a transition moving from one job to another and being a single parent at the time i also had other bills i had to catch up on...not only that but one of their attorneys/paralegal Jerome i think his name is....is very rude and disrespectful and talks down to you like your beneath him. Not only that but he threatened me saying that he could take 75% of my earnings, which is a lie in the state of colorado you can only take 25% max!!! At one point in time I was making 800 dollars a month because of their garnisment. Please explain to me how a family is supposed to survive on 800 dollars a month.

Mr. Davidson is the most knowledgeable attorney I know with regards to collections in all of Southern Colorado, and is honest and forthright as well.
