Every time I call this office and state the reason for my call I am always referred over to "Michelle" (M. Jacqueline Gaithe). Now the receptionist who answers will flip back and forth on the line asking me detailed question regarding the issue I called about. When I have sufficiently answered enough questions to Michelle's satisfaction I am then transferred. When she answers, she then asks, "How can I help you" I take a moment because I answered all of her questions through the receptionist. She has a bad habit of snickering on the phone when you ask her for general information or ask a general question. Her programmed response is always, "I don't know". Never does she offer to my request as a take-away to find out and get back with me, it's just always "I don't know". She has never returned any of my calls, she makes her callers feel like they are being question by the "Gestapo", when she answers she knows nothing, and is un-polite, not helpful, and rude. I am one who sits back and observes. I have learned people performing for you is not the same person when your focus is not on them.. I am not a fan of people like that or her. I am glad I do not have personal business with this firm. She is a very poor representative for drumming up new business. I would have given ***NO STARS*** but is not an option. Very Disappointed!!!!!!!

My name is John , I’m a business owner here in Colorado Springs. I have a case with this firm . This firm took $1000 of my hard earned money to represent me in a lien towards another individual . They filed the lien and have done nothing but have been unavailable and very very slow to respond. I have owned other Oilfield and commercial businesses in the past. I have had to hire attorneys before. These are extremely low on my referral list. I don’t believe the other 5 star ratings they have on their website . Ian Burrell is the attorney that I used. When he called just now all he did the whole time was defend himself/ actions and then told me he was withdrawing from my case . Thanks again

I have been with this firm for 10 years. I am so disappointed in the downhill service the past couple of years. This firm totally dropped the ball several times in the past few years and now has failed to renew our paperwork with the state. Not only that, because I had an issue with a bill over a year ago, apparently that was enough for them to completely ignore my email requests. And now tell me - oops I thought you didn’t want us to do work for you anymore, Without confirmation or a phone call. I would be ashamed if people like this worked for me. John Stiner has done excellent work for us in the past, however with the way it’s run now that’s where it will stay. So sad.
