Typically I wouldn't spend one more minute of time on the subject of a failed business relationship, but I feel compelled, even obligated, to warn possible future clients away from Registered Agent, Inc. I would call them morons, (I mean really how hard can this possibly be?) except for the insult that would represent to the moron community.

If you're looking for reviews for Registered Agent Inc, you also probably received a notice in the mail that looked as though it came from the Nevada Secretary of State, asking for $200 to settle your business renewal for the year.
Noticing this as an unfamiliar company, and since we had already renewed our organization for the year, we contacted the Secretary of State's office to verify legitimacy, upon which they told us to toss this letter in the trash, as it was a false document from this office.
