Highly Recommend

I want to start by saying mr. Robert L. Meissner and his team are AMAZING. I was in a car accident, the person whom hit me only had liability insurance. Although I went first with other law firm, my only regret is not have gone with Mr. Meissner first. His team made my life much easier, they called me to inform me about the case, I didnt have to worry about anything other then getting better. The settlement I got was more then i expected they did a job more and beyong my expectations. I also have to mention ms.Amy, she did an extraordinary job by always having time to explain me in details any concerns I had.

met with him in his office regarding a potential case for him. he kept stepping away from our meeting to handle other matters. he was a bit disorganized and preoccupied, but said that he was interested in my case and would get back to me in a few days after he did some research. i agreed because i was interested to hear what he thought and was hopeful.

i didn't ever hear about the research, and actually never heard from him again.

his assistant emailed me curtly with a letter attached, stating in quite heavyhanded terms that the was NOT my attorney and would NEVER be my attorney for this matter (see the first review of his, i think i got the same letter).

i'm assuming the potential dollar amount wasn't high enough for him to live up to his word, or at least exhibit customer service and tell me himself his take on my potential case. bad customer service and doesn't bode well for his people skills as an attorney.

i'd be wary.

Absolute Jerk... I spoke with Robert directly and he was very quick to respond to my inquiry.... but when he identified that there was probably not huge amounts of money in the case.. well, nothing more than 250k, he began to be rude, condescending , and as I was trying to explain to this man about the loss of my mother and the situation which would offer further information, he just wouldn't hear it.

Its honestly a true shame that this man is practicing law and acting the way he is. Not a good representative of the legal profession. Nonetheless, I get it... but it is a sad day when excessive amounts of money will play priority over getting paid very well for great money.

For the difficult situations in life, you need good people to help you get through without any additional stress. Robert, Frank, and their team were helpful, courteous, and really took care of us after our accident.

Robert and his team are awesome. They provided me with wonderful council and helped me through a very difficult time. The girls in his office are great, very responsive to questions with a quick reply.

He is amazing the girls in the office are amazing they communicate with you alot and they even cheak up with you they gave me amazing doctors that helped with my injuries they care more about helping you than the money thanks again :)
