After speaking with the coordinator of the event, who had previous positive dealings with Mr. Price, we felt that he was the right person to assist us. From our very first meeting, he was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient. As we would bring up different concerns he would walk us through and alleviate them. While we had a smooth and pleasant first-time experience with Jeremy Price, the follow-up experience was baffling and utterly disappointing. Mr. Price had assisted us with preparing our family trust and health care initiative documents. Overall, good experience. The second time around, we had requested some additional consultation from Mr. Price that we fully acknowledge was relatively minor and might not generate the fees Mr. Price would consider worthwhile. After we got the feeling that Mr. Price was not interested in our follow-up business, we simply asked him to confirm our assumption so we could seek services elsewhere. He never responded to the original email request, nor to a follow-up voice message we left him. The non-response was extremely unprofessional and frankly short-sighted in terms of future business he could have generated from our positive first experience and referrals we would be making to family and friends. On the positive side, there are no shortages of attorneys in the area, so our needs will ultimately be addressed. If common courtesy and professionalism is important to you, we suggest seeking other options. As a CPA and program integrity professional, I know the importance of professionalism and customer service.
