I met Mr Packey several years ago for help on huge tax problem. He was great and very professional. He has helped me with great advise on taxes each time I met him. Even when I moved out of town I came back to Sacramento just to have him do my taxes. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I also need to mention his legal secretary Lavon who always remembers you and she is a great asset to the firm.

Mr. Packey was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of my problem. He listened carefully and helped me figure out how much I would owe in taxes for selling a rental property. He asked questions to make sure he understood the situation thoroughly. I will be returning to him to have my taxes done the following year.

I had my 25% of my wages garnished back in 2010 as a result of a tax re-assessment a few years earlier of my 1998 tax return, which left me with an approximately $32,000 IRS bill. Mr. Packey and his capable staff immediately reverse the garnishment order and began preparing an Offer In Compromise ("OIC") in my behalf. Though they provided excellent service, I was unable to meet the installment demands imposed by the IRS. Feeling dejected, I expected my case to run its course and for the IRS to start garnishing my wages again. Packey Law Corporation, however, never gave up on my case. Instead they re-assembled and forged ahead with another OIC. This time, I was able to come up with the lump sum payments demanded by the IRS, and eventually paid off my debt. It was a scary thought having to face the IRS [again], but Packey Law Corporation was hell bent on turning my IRS nightmare into a success story.
