I had called 5 immigration attorneys, and everyone besides her started with their fee, so it was almost shocking that she had assistants who were responsive, ready to answer any question I had, answers they didn't know they would ask Lisa and get back to me immediately thru email with a thorough answer. I ended up hiring her because of the office attitude and because she was so reasonably priced. She was so responsive, always got a return call or email within 24 hours. She told me she could probably push the copy of the naturalization papers faster than me, as the department was10 months behind in applications, and she managed to get it done in 3 1/2 months, in time for me to get Medicare this year. She was always kind, clear, and gave me all the information she had without being asked. Super fantastic experience.
