The Sterling Law Group was beyond professional and understanding during this difficult time. The firm was knowledgeable, patient, organized. They took the time to explain what my role was as trustee so that I could make fair and just decisions as outlined in his trust. In our family's particular case the statute of limitations had run out to contest the trust but in lieu of events that occurred during my fathers illness the firm felt there was a good chance we/I could still contest (not to mention there was an added layer of complexity as CA and TX law needed to be considered). We did, it was a long, painful process but one that was necessary and in the end we were all able to reach a settlement fair and just for all involved.
