I hired Mark Black to represent me in my disability hearing. I think Mr. Black did well until he received his payment. SSA didn't pay the backtime I was due which made my and Mr. Black's checks smaller . I contacted him for advice on how both of us could get the rest we were due . I received no return call or email. My advice to you if you choose to hire him is make sure you have all your questions answered before checks are issued.
