Wow! I really don’t understand the nonsense here about phone calls not returned. Just today, I called and left a message on his legal assistant’s line and Aaron himself returned my call WITHIN AN HOUR! He didn’t know me at all. I had an inquiry and he took his time and was very accommodating. Very impressed thus far!

I called Aaron’s office on a Friday afternoon OVER two weeks ago and left a voicemail on HIS machine and have yet to get a call back. Two weeks? I needed his services but obviously he’s not very reliable if he can’t return a phone call. I’d hate to rely on him in court if he can’t return a simple phone call. You’re not even worth one star in my opinion.

I have used this firm,best around, Aaron will not always call u back this is not a bad thing ALWAYS remember no news is good news he will ALWAYS be there when he is needed and I will get the results u want again best around

Mr. Houchens and his Paralegal, Ms. Sally as I like to call her, have been the best. They are very diligent, intelligent and responsive and have kept me aprised of my case as well as attempting to have it rectified before my actual court date.

Phone communication at times was difficult. However, I wasnt his only client. Busy and sought after.. so..... The morning of???.... He made it happen! Strong recomend.. Also, be forthcoming and honest for the best help he can provide you.
