Typical bottom feeding debt collectors who earn a reputation and currency from threatening the unfortunate peasants to pay up what they've got left to eat with. Companies like this should be ashamed of themselves and should be working toward building a solid community, not shake it down.

These ladies at the office are rude. Have refused payments and will not work with anyone. I later called for an estate lawyer and there price gouging is OUTRAGEOUS. If you need a collection Attorney or an Estate lawyer this office should NEVER. BE ON YOUR LIST
