Rude and not very willing to work with you. They think they know what you can afford and won't let you make a payment plan that you can actually afford.

This office purposely puts you off on the phone so they can Garnish wages. To what purpose I am not sure. I called after leaving court offering to pay but I was told to wait until the court findings have been entered and I had a "pay agreement" I never got a pay agreement. I did however end up with garnishment papers in my mail saying they were going to take 25% of every paycheck. I called back and said I asked to pay this in full but they had already taken $700 from my husbands paycheck. This all happened in the matter of 6 weeks. Not months, weeks, I didn't put them off all of this was a big misunderstanding of the bill Carepoint had with my family.

I have been working with these guys for awhile now. I like that I can make payments online, however, I hate how much they want me to pay every month. If I can't pay the near $200, they tell me it can negatively affect my credit and I get a good talking to, yet they seem respectful to me. Other than having a high payment plan, they have been willing to work with me. I think if I just try and work openly with them, they work with me. With less than $640 to pay after today, it is thrilling to know this is all about done! (This is with Amber Brehm and ARSI)

Sadly, I’ve tried to work out a payment plan with them several times over last few months. However they refuse and keep taking me to court 3 hours one way from my home. Wasting more money in gas just to rack up more attorney fees... they don’t want to collect them money they want to rack up your bill and continue to do steal and cheat money from others trying to fix issues to make a living! Please file a dispute with the disciplinary administrator of Kansas! This is the only collection attorney who I know of who won’t work with you to set up payment arrangements. And sadly with courts they have all the power.

I just got.off of the phone with these guys and wanted to resent my court date from July 5 to another time, I'm having neck surgery and can't make it, they told me to prove that date amd the attorney will look and review it and then make a decision. These fools or bun holes and doesn't care about anyone but themselves I dont know how they will get any money I won't be working

Very rude and laughed at me when I explained my situation.

They laughed at my seriousness of the situation. And have lied to every client I have talked to.
