How do you expect anyone to pay off a debt with the crazy interest rates, fees, etc!?

2k paid later and I’m taken back to court and right back where I started. To hell with this establishment. Don’t deal with them if you can avoid it.

I have applied for this company 4 times within a year and half. I decided hey why not call this time before applying. I called to my suprise i was told to send my resume to a email given over the phone that day. I got a interview 2 days later. I went to the interview as my disappointment it was a group interview. I felt with the conversations in the group interview i was being targeted as a non desirable candidate. I really thought this would. Be a chance i could prove myself. But it was anything short of that. I was automatically singled out from the beginning as a unworthy candidate. I have the experience and credentials. This company has people in position that advertises and market that this company is a Straight up DUMP. IF I COULD TAKE A CRAMP IN THE INTERVIEWERS MOUTH AMD THE COMPANY OWNER I WOULD THEY ARE SHITTY BUSINESS.

I called on behalf of my father to let them know that my father passed away... They could careless all they want is there money.. Heartless

When they want your money, they won't leave you alone. When you need something from them, they won't respond.

This is the place where you can pay off some of your bills.

They say that they have attempted to contact me, but no phone calls or letters or any legal service. Just a default judgment and garnishment of alleged debt I don't owe. Don't know how they skirt the system, but they do. Now I have to sue them to get them to correct their records. If you have the same problem contact a consumer lawyer, until it becomes unprofitable for them to be so bad they will continue to defraud people.

Set up a settlement with a payment arrangement and they aren’t deducting the money. I like to eat lunch on my lunch break, not deal with things I’ve already dealt with due to the incompetence of others

These Bill Collectors are doing Slave work in a hot musty office! Thats why they cant keep collectors. Not to mention their compliance is soo ALL OVER THE PLACE that the debtors are angry. Call hold times are terrible. Inter relations in the company is poor. If they were handling my debt I would be irrate. #FormerEmployee

Be afraid! This firm is set up to squeeze the maximum amount of money out of you. If you set up an account, they will still send you to court to try getting full amount plus fees for their 25 lawyers.

It is difficult to get a payment set up with this debt collector, even in person not many questions were able to be answered outside of making a payment at the window. Hopefully this new online transaction process is better. It is still a little late after two bounce fees from weeks late attempts from the decided date to retrieve funds? Debt sucks already dont make me have to fight you to pay you lol.

They say the front office represents the entire company. Well, the office must be as unprofessional as the receptionist. The receptionist had me take a seat to wait for the party I was meeting. She received a phone call about my transaction and proceed to ask me questions across the lobby floor. Where is the professionalisms and confidentiality?

I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR FOR THEM TO GATHER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT PAPERWORK. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED. I HAD TO ASK THE YOUNG LADY IF SHE STILL HAD MY PAPERWORK....RACHETTTT!!!!

I took a look at my fiances monthly payment receipt and realized they are adding money on instead of decreasing money from the account .not to mention they aren't even putting the money to the actual account they are putting it all towards thier own interest .

Sorry excuse for a law firm. There just petty debt collectors who will try to dupe you however they can. Wanted my bank and job info so they could try and swipe it from my account. You will need to work harder to steal my money! I even tries to pay the debt off but they refused to even take it. There just playing all sides trying to get all the money they can! Call the original company and deal directly with them, not these low life criminals!

Went into the office on Wed. Feb 7 to pay the debt and was told my bank account will be unfrozen within 24-48 hours. 48 hours ended on Friday Feb. 9 at 4pm. Here it is Monday, Feb. 12 at 1:30pm and my account is still locked. I called the law office on Friday and multiple times today, Monday, and was told they fax the release to both the bank and the court on Friday. The bank called said they never received the release and even if they did unless it has a judge's signature the account will not be unlocked. The court clerk said they do not accept faxes. This is very frustrating!

Poorest and most dirty way I've seen people deal with situations where people are down on their luck. Emptied and overdrafted my whole bank account with NOTHING left to support myself. And no access to my bank account until we go to court. I can't believe this is the America we live in.

I have dealt with many different companies in my lifetime, and now I can truly say that this so called legal firm is the most unethical and unprofessional collection of people I have ever seen. I called and informed them of my job loss and that at the time I had no funds available to pay on the debt. I happen to be on someone else's bank account just in case. This unethical group of people went into the individuals account and took his pension and social security monies to cover my debt! By the way this person is not on the bill anywhere. They literally cleaned the account out! Don't waste your time trying to rectify the situation over the phone. This person is taking the firm to court.

These are the most sorry, dirty people I've ever had to deal with. The garnished my wages on and off for years. I finally gave the means to settle and I call them. They don't want to work with me even after paying thousands of dollars to them. The then say they were also garnishing my ex and that if I pay the account then he would be refunded for the overpayment when his garnishment stops. How in the hell is that even legal. You sit there and make it so I can barely make ends meet for years, never get a dime from him and now you say that since you finally van garnish him too you'll just refund him the overpayment. Iv3 never heard of such. Not to mention the letter they sent in the mail did not have my name listed anywhere on it. This place does very shady business. I hope karma comes back 10 fold on each and every one of you I've had to talk to. The lowest of low. Bottom feeders.

I contact the company to receive the final payoff amount to settle any business with Glasser. Why did they need to know my current job, salary, and additional contact information ? The response i got was to keep my information up to date in their system. If I am doing a full settlement, why do you need to be able to reach me 60 days from now. Also they issued a garnishment on my bank account. There wasn't any notification. Let's see how long after they process my check does it take for Glasser to remove the garnishment and update the courts.

If I could leave Zero Or Negative stars, I would! The ONLY reason I gave them ONE is because I was forced to in order to leave my review! It has taken me SEVRAL MONTHS to FINALLY get someone on the phone! I had called MULTIPLE times waiting on hold for 15-25+ minutes EACH TIME which resulted in my getting redirected to an answering machine.

I left my information three separate times in the last couple of months (only because those three times I was actually able to sit on hold for nearly 30 minutes before being directed to a machine). Each time it had taken them 24 hours to 1 week to return my calls, and of course, each time they had called, I wasn't able to catch the call in time due to work..they only tried to call ONCE each time, and only ONCE out of the three times, left a voicemail telling me to call back to the same number I had been calling!! My messages I left them, informed them that I am waiting nearly 30 minutes to leave a message, and that if they do try to call me to at least leave a direct number to return their call, OR to PLEASE PLEASE try ringing my phone at least two times, because if calling during work hours (8-5), I can't always answer right away!!

The reason for my calls is that I was on a payment plan, I had made a few payments, NOTHING was reported to the credit bureaus, and NOTHING was reported to the original creditor!! I then made another payment of $647.00 (total bill was only $895.00) and again...to this very day...NOTHING has been reported to the original creditor, nor the credit bureaus!!

I FINALLY got someone to answer the phone this morning...for the record, I was incredibly lucky to have someone answer (felt like I won the lottery), and this lady was actually pretty nice (which was the first, as the secretaries I've dealt with are rude and don't care to help you get in contact with ANYONE)!

She explained to me that NOTHING gets reported to ANYONE until the debt is paid in full! Well, how is this even lawful? What happened to my rights of the Fair Credit Reporting Act!!?? I'm paying on this debt (mind you, thie debt is a result of marrying someone who stole every dime from me and I've had to start over)!

I am trying my hardest to get this paid, and they SHOULD be reporting ALL of my payments made thus far..3 payments of $40 each, and one payment of $647.00, for a total of $767.00!! YET, not One Red Cent reported!!! CREDITORS, IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY I SUGGEST YOU USE ANOTHER FIRM WHO WILL ACTUALLY SEND YOU THE PAYMENTS WHEN THEY ARE MADE!!!!!

For the record, my first 3 payments of $40 were made in October, November, And December of 2016...my payment of $647 was made in February of 2017!! My balance owed is now only, $128.00. Until the original creditor ACTUALLY receives my payments, I am on hold from sending anything more!

Most people do NOT set out to simply avoid bills and let things get out of hand to end up dealing with a debt collection agency...Real Life "upsets" happen to people which are overwhelmingly STRESSFUL, and can land them in these unfortunate situations! When we are ALL (read the reviews!) hitting brick walls making contact with THIS collection agency, or when our money we are paying to THIS collection agency is NOT getting turned over to the Original Creditor (who Hired the agency to do the job), then what exactly is the point!?!? And, how do they have the "RIGHT" to be Above the Law and Not be subjected to any repercussions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act!?

This company is ridiculously rude as a whole, and does NOTHING but aggravate those who owe debts and are ACTUALLY TRYING to make payments to clear the debt...this does NOTHING but deter people from wanting to hand over one single penny! ...quite frankly, some people don't care about their credit scores, and being treated like this, they will choose to keep their money in their pocket rather than deal with this place!! Or, if they Do care, and want to make payment but CAN'T REACH THIS FIRM TO MAKE PAYMENTS, HOW THE HECK does this 'help' the original creditor Or the person/company that Owes the debt!?!

We paid our debt and received three separate mails from the court stating that we need to appear in court. when I contact Glasser and Glasser they don't know what is happening and they apologize and annotate the account as paid in full. Well the next thing I know is my husband gets his wage garnished after we have paid it in full. I am truly disappointed as we have a family of five and it affects my household. This was the worst experience ever. I been waiting on a supervisor to return my call since Tuesday today is Friday and I'm still getting the run around. I know for a fact their records are inaccurate and I'm pissed that I can't get to the bottom of this because they refuse to return a call. This is ridiculous!!!

This business is one of the reasons lawyers have a bad reputation. Paid the amount owed the day the bill came and they sent notice to bank, who then have held same amount in escrow. I have asked about the release of those funds and have been told several different lies. 20 days later and they still have not sent a release to the bank, so my money is still tied up. I have in essence have had double the amount I owed tied up. Wont answer the phone and will not call back when they say. Lowest form of legal firms. Above the law.

Really poor customer service. You think they would want to actually answer the phone so that these debts could be resolved. The only reason I am calling is to save my clients the trouble of this frustration. One line I was on hold for 17 minutes and finally gave up.
