This organization erroneously garnished my employer and I sent the documentation to prove to them that I did not owe the debt, 4 days later they put a lien on my bank account. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and Melissa (staff) advised me that she was "sorry" and was sending a copy of the disposition to me. I called them back and told MELISSA I never got the disposition and I had USAA on the phone who said they never go it either, she then assured me she was sending the disposition to me and my bank. 5 minutes later I get a email stating she will not be sending the disposition to me and I will need to go to the courts and get it. I called the courts and was advised they misinformed me and there is NO record of them filing anything with the courts. I called Melissa back who very rudely advised me she had filed it, I asked her for the address to come pick the disposition up and she rudely yelled the address to me....
I am on my way there now, we will see how this goes ...to be continued
