Shelley and Mr. Boitnott handled a real estate/estate transaction and they did a great job. What we were asked to sign was explained to us, they provided us with copies of everything and handled the matter professionally, yet with a hometown feel. An awesome ending to a situation that needed finalization. I would recommend Mr. Boitnott and his staff.
