Three weeks ago, my 76 year old mother was struck by a car, sustained serious injuries, has suffered mental, physical, and emotional trauma and has a long recovery ahead. Prior to this accident, she was in perfect health and totally independent, therefore this incident has GREATLY affected her way of life as well as her health. She was given Rick Pardue's number by a mutual friend, another attorney. She called him twice and left messages because he was apparently unavailable. When she called him a 3rd time, he answered, and commenced to screaming at and berating her. This was nothing short of verbal abuse, unwarranted, and beyond unprofessional. How disappointing that in a branch of law dedicated to advocacy, this representative, Rick Pardue, is on the wrong side of the bench. This verbal assault is inexcusable.
