I can not say enough about the kindness shown to us! Since 2006 my partner and I have faced an ever escalating illness. As the illness destroyed his health, the cost decimated our financial situation. Knowing that time was fleeting, we began the process of estate planning. We put down a deposit and they prepared the documents. We were not sure we could afford it but time was of the essence.

After receiving drafts for approval and no funds available for payment I feared the worst. Mal had called a couple of times to set up an appointment and I just put him off. Finally, after a grim medical prognosis and a coincidental call from Mal the next day I apprised him of our situation. I expected an aggressive collection process would begin.

To my surprise, Mal told me he needed to check with the firm but thought they could help and he would call me back. Within the hour he called back and notified me the firm agreed to do my partner's paperwork for the small deposit we had placed at our consultation!
