She didn't even show up or call when I drove 100 miles to meet her for a scheduled appointment. I still haven't heard from her since (that was a couple months ago, and a time sensitive matter). In a different case, a custody case (three years ago), my child was away from me longer than should've been because she couldn't get her facts straight in front of the judge (which is sad because she was suppose to be on my side). In a current foster care/custody case (that is not mine), she is not fighting for the rights of the father (discrimination issue) and won't return his calls. In a current Grand Larceny case (once again, not mine), she hasn't bothered to collect facts or review with her client before telling the court what "he" wants to do. Furthermore, If she is court appointed counsel, I suggest paying for a different attorney. If you are paying, I suggest looking elsewhere. The only good thing about Suzanne Bowen is that she is cheaper than most; however, with this- you get what you pay for.
