Janet at CA Paralegal services did an amazing job for my son and I. He was staying with his mom in Oklahoma and would come visit for the summers. This past Summer, I was made privy to a bunch of information in regards to my sons mother and her activities in Oklahoma. Fearing for my sons safety and well being, I felt backed into a corner and had no clue what to do. So I contacted Janet, and with her filling out the paperwork and filing on my behalf and the subsequent advice that I received, I now have full custody of my son and he is safe and sound here in California. I scheduled a meeting with Janet to help my grandmother finalize her estate planning. She was very helpful on the phone and I appreciated the time that she gave us. The location was a little hard to find but again my grandmother is old and we got lost. The office was welcoming and so was the staff. I was along for the ride but my grandmother is very happy with the service that we were provided.

I don't know where to start off. Janet and her staff was amazing!! I have no complaints at all. Janet, helped me with my divorce papers and I had called and explained my situation that I changed my mind. She was understandable and they did not judge me at all! I originally contacted janet after my first paralegal didn't work out. She quoted me a price and told me it would be less if i could get documents from my old paralegal. After i obtained all the documents from the old paralegal and gave them to her she raised the price. I thought wow how could that be. I agreed to pay the price and asked her to make payments which she agreed to. She forgot to have me sign some things and thanks to me calling to see why my court date was lagging she caught it. Still i was not upset and figured it was moving forward. I never recieved anything about my court date and i waited a few months so i called and her receptionists informed me that all the paper work was sent to her office. Still they never emailed me or called. I found out the court date was not far away. A few weeks before the court date i tried to contact janet to find out the process but was unable to. I stopped in and no one was there. I made several trips on friday when i return from working out of town to find no one was at the office. Finally janet returned my multiple messages and informed me she was gone and wouldn't return until a week before my court date still no worries. I called the day i was to come in and pick up my documents and all was fine. When i arrived i was told they wouldn't allow me to make 2 payments to finish off the bill. Which was fine i was going to pay the whole bill, mind you she did this while i was standing in the waiting room with others in there. Than she proceeded to say i had only paid 200 in 6 months when my initial payment was over 500. I was shocked she was talking about my bill in front of others. Than she informed me she spoke with the old paralegal who i paid in full about my case. When i originally came to her she told me that paralegal was no good and she was known for messing up these cases. Also when i brought the documents from the old paralegal to her she started pointing out all her mistakes. Janet is very unprofessional and i won't be recommending her to any one i know

I cannot express how happy I am with her service. She went above and beyond To help with my case. If you are looking for that person that will walk that extra mile for you she is the one. Janet prepared our family trust. She did a great job. I really thought it would be much more difficult. Janet was organized, efficient, and flexible, since we had to come back and change it a week later.

Janet is extremely unprofessional,has an amazingly bad attitude shows no,interest in your case she obviosuly does not understand what its like to go through something like this she's an,emotionless robot with a huge ego she gave me attitude every single time I asked her a question or attempted to call never returned my calls would only email also,has,her Secretary lying that she is not in,when,she is sitting right in front of me I payed $300 she did not or off read or makr corrections to my statements just condensed them did absolutely no,work,on my case other than file it and serve it which would cost normally $40 I would never recommend anybody to waste their money your better off on,your own

Janet and her staff are approachable, accountable and very supportive. They helped me through a difficult process and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

They handled my adoption and I thought they were great. Having using their office and dealing with them I think the other reviews are fake. Glad I used them .
