This attorney is great. She cares about her clients and their issues.

Don’t even bother calling l and if you do and it happens to be a man named bill. Hes wasting your time and will not help you. He was very rude to me and made me cry. He told me to stop complaining about my car and that he didn’t care if the car wasn’t safe to drive and that that is up to them to decide. Bill should be fired because he represents the company very poorly. Then I called Back to his cellphone and he pretended to be someone else and he also said maybe i wS better off looking some place else. He’s clearly not suitable for the job.

Useless. I was not impressed with this lawyer. Not communicative or helpful.

She gave me incorrect advice the first time I approached her. I would not have gone back a second time except they responded to a referral by another attorney, so I figured, what the heck, I'll give them another try. Now I have stronger evidence. I shouldn't have bothered

She apparently doesn't know important parts of the relevant laws. This was based on speaking to other attorneys who were more competent and knowledgeable. Wasted a lot of time providing her and her paralegal husband with all kinds of information they requested. Did not return calls, provide feedback, personally communicate or provide any consultation about the case before sending insulting form rejection letter either time. Second time was the most aggravating.

Does not live up to her reputation. Don't let them waste your time. Try someone else.
