When my disability benefits were wrongfully terminated, ELC submitted an appeal, followed by a lawsuit and were able to get my benefits reinstated. ELC continues to deal with my private insurance company giving me peace of mind. Mr. Rosati, Ms. Bussani, and Ms. Fulks have always been timely in their responses, and easy to access. I would not have my disability benefits if it were not for Robert Rosati at ERISA Law Center. When I initially filed my claim for disability benefits, I was denied. They were always sympathetic and understanding regarding the stress, medical conditions, and financial conditions that people with illnesses and disabilities live with and endure. I am beyond grateful to say that Robert Rosati and ERISA Law Center WON the law suit against my disability insurance company, got my benefits reinstated, and also made sure that I was paid retroactively from the date that they my benefits were stopped.
