When I arrived for a scheduled appointment, driving an hour an half to this location, the attorney had forgotten that we were supposed to meet. Luckily I was admitted and we spent about an hour conversing on my issue. A follow up however never occurred. I have called this office 4 times and given up on their acknowledgement that the attorney will respond back. Mr. Cenci may be a good attorney, but the simple follow up procedure from his office seems very disconnected, so I highly recommend to them to pay more attention to their not so important clients (such as myself) in this manner.
