This office is amazing! I received my first ticket last month (after 12 years of safe driving) and it just about sent me into a panic. So I did what any person my age does and Googled it, and found iTicket.law. Although you can hire their services completely online, I called the office to be sure they could help. The gentleman who answered the phone was very calm and reassuring, explained exactly what the office usually does in such cases and what to expect, and got me signed up. The whole time leading up to my court date the office provided clear communications via email, and I knew what to expect every step of the way. They took care of absolutely everything. And when they got me the best possible outcome for my case, I was thrilled; they're worth every cent of their extremely reasonable fee. Experiencing a moment of hardship I endured a speeding ticket in a school zone that resulted in a FTA. Best Experience!!! I live 4 hours away and this firm was awesome. I received a letter from them in the mail as we all do once a ticket is received. Their ONLY $99 fee upfront for hiring them to represent me was the best! Communication was constant and clear. They got my ticket dropped to a non moving violation!! Never once had to show up for court. Upon resolution, I received an email as to whom I make the money order payable and where to mail my court costs. I have to say, I was skeptical at first when I read all the positive comments, but now I am just another person leaving a five star review. I was pulled over while returning home from Christmas break driving east bound on I-40 and was given a ticket for 20+ over. (We rented a Nissan Armada, which drives so smooth that you can't really tell how fast you are going. You may not care about any of that, and as it turns out, the State Trooper didn't either.) Loved that they saved me money in the long run, but hate that they didn't drop the court cost here at Christmas time, I would reccomend for anyone to hire them. If I ever need them again I only hope they could dismiss the court cost. Already paid the 99 fee to hire them. I thought that was the point of hiring them. Pay them the hire fee and be done with it.

Some individuals posted reviews stating that they had a lot of communication prior to their court dates; this was not my experience - I received three emails in total and never spoke to an attorney on the phone. The first email stated that the firm had accepted my case, the second stated that my court date was approaching and detailed their proposed course of action, and the third stated that my case had been closed successfully. I feel like this was an adequate amount of communication for a simple case and don't feel that any additional communication was necessary. Ultimately, very satisfied with my experience. While I certainly hope that I don't receive any more tickets in the future, in the event that I do - I would definitely use iTicket again.

But this is about Hatley Law Office’s professionalism and effectiveness, not about the abysmally poor tool they chose to rate said attributes. Hatley Law explained everything thoroughly and in man-on-the-street English. Then they did precisely what they said they would do. I know that doesn’t seem like a compliment but I certainly intend it to be so; these days I see and hear far too much boast and very little accomplished action. Hatley Law is a bright ray of sunlight in the stygian darkness. The singular flaw that I can see is that they practice law in only 47 of the 100 counties in NC. You’re wasting your time, effort and money if you use any other law practice.
