unfortunately I had the experience as John Courtney. Terrible etiquette on the phone and very rude. I wouldn't recommend this law office to anyone!!!

I can't rate the attorney because I didn't hire her. Why ? The only person I spoke to was an employee named Christine. Unfortunately she was rather rude and arrogant. So that would be why I hired another attorney. That attitude over the phone cost them a client. There is really no need for poor phone etiquette.
