I have worked for attorneys for years and I understand people becoming frustrated with experiences in an attorney's office. I hired Mr. Poole to handle a matter for me and found the staff I dealt with to be more than adequate. I found Mr. Poole to be an honest man that answered my questions intelligently and with confidence. A year or so later, I heard he was looking for staff and I made contact with him. I interviewed and I have been employed with him since. I cannot say I have heard of many situations as was described by the previous reviewer. I know it happens in all law firms all over the country. There are no 5 Stars to give to any business. No business is perfect. There is always room for improvement. Therefore, I will give 4 Stars.

Nothing good. Cannot get in touch with anyone. When you do it is a RUDE lady. Went to his office twice. Once he was passed out at his desk. The other he tried to sneak out the back.

My experience with the closing on my townhouse in Dudley's Grant was a nightmare from start to finish. The woman (SM) who did the prep of the documents was not at all competent. She made many very basic errors which I fortunately flagged prior to over nighting the documents to her. Some of the issues were: * The names in the Grantor and Grantee were backwards * Misspelling of names * Address or Legal description: Unit E is not typed in pages 1,2,3 * Unit E is not typed in on the property desc line * The CD did not take into account the $250 that was paid by the buyers and was not flagged until day of closing * She sat on the documents for 2 weeks and in the 11th hour she wanted the document over nighted to her which cost me $20 which was totally unnecessary * The document errors occurred on three different occasions which caused me to take time off from work and lots of frustration As you can see there were MANY issues and her professionalism was lacking especially when she wanted me to turn around info she needed in less than 24 hr's because she sat on the documents and when I did not get the info to her she sends me an email starting off with Again instead of Mr. Crudele! When I stated to her that I was her customer she stated 'oh no your not'. If I am not a customer then why did I pay attorneys fees? In closing, the entire process was VERY painful and the worst closing I ever had in the 10 houses I have bought and sold over the years. I would like a refund of my $20 over night fee as well as the attorneys fees to compensate me for all the problems encountered. Feel free to call me...my number is on file Tom C.
