There is a wide range of competency levels in this field and if you only buy or sell one home every few years it can be difficult to know who is trustworthy. Used for real estate related business. If you are going to use them, ask for hidden charges. There is a $10 - $20 charge for everything that is not disclosed in the beginning . You will deal mostly with the front office staff, they are very pleasant.

Overall, way too expensive for very poor quality service. Use them only if you have to.
