I had worked with Neil Camak at a previous law firm in Raleigh many years ago. I had always found him to be extremely fair, easy to communicate with and an attorney with high morals. When |I found myself needing a disability attorney this past year I did not have to think twice on who I would like to represent me. His staff was a pleasure to work with and always responded back to me in a quick amount of time. Neil worked hard for me and the one time I needed to come into his office to go over materials I was feeling so bad I could not make it. He called me at home and we spoke for at least 2 hours on the phone which I found truly amazing. On Friday he called me to let me know he had won my case. This is a huge relief for me and am happy for this result. I would tell anyone who needs an attorney that will truly care about them and will work extremely hard for the best results to please give Neil a call, it will be worth your while.

If you believe that an attorney is only as good as his staf,f then this is your attorney. Not only do I give Neal Camak 5 stars, I also give his staff Katherine Gates and Savannah Croxton 5 stars. They are an amazing legal team. Once they take your case, it is smooth rolling. The office is organized and communicate well together on your case. Mr Camak knows the questions he needs to ask, which I believe is the key to winning a case. He is an easy person to talk to when you have difficult details to discuss. Mr. Camak cares about his clients, There were many times I reached out for Neal's advice on other issues which he gladly helped me with. He is very knowledgable about his areas of expertise and came highly recommended by my physicians whom I trusted. I won my case and I credit Mr. Camak and his team as they were fully prepared the day of my hearing and had me prepared as well. The day of my hearing the Judge's office called Mr. Camak in the a.m. and said I did not have to be present for my appeals hearing at 2 p.m.but that my attorney just needed to call in. Mr. Camak called in, and after some short discussion, the Judge approved my case. I have heard of people having really bad experiences with the disability process. That was not my experience at all. I wish I had started with him to begin with and saved myself alot of wasted time and effort. I encourage people to use Neal Camak. He and his team are so worth it!

By 2012, I had already had a hearing and been denied. My lawyer didn't feel like my case was worth re-filing or appealing so she dropped my case. I felt strongly that my injuries fell within the guidelines of disability impairments so I filed another claim. Two years later, my hearing was a month away and I needed a new lawyer. After a search on the internet I came across an ad for Lennon, Camak, and Bertics. I filled out the questionnaire and the next day Mr. Camak called me about my case. We talked for about two hours then a few days later, I met him in his office to prepare for my case.
After my hearing in 2014, I received a decision that my case was unfavorable again. Mr. Camak called me into his office to tell me that he thought we should appeal the decision, so we did. Unfortunately, the Appeals Council didn’t want to overturn the ALJ’s decision. Once again Mr. Camak called me back into his office. It had been two years and I was tired of fighting. I wanted to just give up but Mr. Camak believed in my case and suggested we appeal the decision in federal court even though there was only a 1-5% chance I would win. In April of 2016, Mr. Camak called me and asked how my day was going. I told him it was good and he proceeded to tell me my day was about to get better. That’s when he told me that after 6 years of fighting, I had finally won my case. All I could do was fall to my knees. I thanked him for believing in my case and never giving up on me. If you want a lawyer who is going to fight tooth and nail for you, Neal Camak is your man.
