By 2012, I had already had a hearing and been denied. My lawyer didn't feel like my case was worth re-filing or appealing so she dropped my case. I felt strongly that my injuries fell within the guidelines of disability impairments so I filed another claim. Two years later, my hearing was a month away and I needed a new lawyer.
