Amy Cagle helped my husband and I navigate what I was anticipating would be a long, confusing, time consuming and complicated process with efficiency and ease. This was relieving for me especially because we chose to take care of our estate at a time when I was pregnant with #3, already tired 100% of the time and with a brain that was functioning at 10% capacity. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, funny, logical and makes the entire estate planning process approachable. My parents also had an incredibly positive experience with Amy and we have recommended her many times to others looking for estate planning services. Thank you, Amy!

A good friend recommended Amy Cagle for creating a trust, will, and Durable Power of Attorney. I worked with Amy and I couldn’t have been more pleased. She’s knowledgeable, bright, professional, funny, and thoughtful. Plus she pointed out a way I could save money by informing me that I didn’t need a new Medical Power of Attorney, that my previous one was fine. She said something similar to friends I referred to her. To me they said that she was honest and refreshing; they had the feeling that she was interested in helping them, not out for every last nickel. My cost was half the price of another attorney I had previously interviewed for this work. A close friend who is an attorney accompanied me to the meetings with Amy. He, too, was impressed. I’m picky about choosing professionals to help me, but once I find a good one, and she is that, I stay. And I recommend.
Beth Tillman's expertise is priceless. In my opinion she is one of the best estate attorneys in the Triangle. I worked with Beth Tillman to create and update our family's Wills and Trusts over the years, and just 2 years ago she and her team held my hand through the heartbreaking process of handling my late husband's estate. They were incredibly patient and helped make sense through my grief. I feel the care, trust and seamless communication they provide their clients is amazing and I highly recommend Beth and her gifted team.

Really cannot say enough good things about my experience with Beth. Excellence personified.

My husband and I used Beth Tillman's services to revise a set of complicated wills, trusts, and healthcare proxies that we brought from another state. Beth was lovely to work with, both highly effective and understanding as was her staff. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

I have had two occasions to work with Beth Tillman and on both occasions I found her to be efficient, effective and - most importantly for her line of work - empathic. Beth is KIND, and she is exceedingly professional, but she's also funny, and smart, and that makes the sometimes grueling task of estate work much easier, and softer, for lack of a better word. Beth was recommended to me by a close friend, who has also worked with her. Beth was very thoughtful she was about working as quickly as possible, even at times encouraging me to take certain tasks from her that she knew I could do because it would save on her fees. She was also effective. Beth Tillman GOT. THE. JOB. DONE. and it was a beast of a job in both cases. And, like I said: EMPATHIC. All this hard work was done with so much kindness and attention to what is really important: family. She specifically guided some key choices so as to not alienate anyone in my family. I am really grateful to her and will definitely seek her counsel again.

Beth Tillman has been the attorney for both my husband and me, as well as my mother and her late husband for a number of years. When my step father died Beth helped me, as executor of his estate, to, not only, deal with the probate process, but also helped me make sure that his Veterans benefits and a wonderful, full military funeral were smoothly transitioned for my Mother and the rest of the family. Beth was always responsive to questions and concerns and...probably the most important thing...she was able to help my Mother smile, and even chuckle, during a very tough time. She did all she could to make sure that everyone who was a part of the process was included in every step. His estate was settled without issue.
I consider Beth to be not only my trusted attorney, whom I would call in any time of need, but also my friend. Thanks Beth!
