My son received a citation for riding through a stop sign on his bike while going up hill on Mason Farm Road on his way to class. This is a three-way corner with stop signs. Many bike riders do not stop at this stop sign since they are going uphill and there is no cross traffic at Purefoy as the fourth side of the intersection is a parking lot. i was very disappointed that Ms. Allen was unable to get the citation dismissed. She did not seem to use the fact that the ticket was inaccurate as it referred to a "motor vehicle" instead of simply a vehicle (that is, a bike) even though we brought that to her attention. I was glad no points were assessed, but thought a better outcome would have been dismissal.

I am beyond pleased with my experience in dealing with Jennifer Allen and her staff. I got a speeding ticket 4 hours away from my home and was ignorant to the process since this was my first speeding ticket. She and her staff communicated with me via email which was incredibly convenient due to my hectic schedule, sent one of the most clear, concise and informative emails I’ve ever seen explaining exactly how the process would work, and took care of business and handled things exceptionally. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if YOU do, I’d go with this firm.

If I could give Jennifer Allen 0 stars I would. I hired Jennifer to represent me following a car accident in 2015. Jennifer did not appear at my court date and told me everything dealing with my case had been handled. I was in the hospital dealing with injuries at the time. Over a year later I had my license taken away because I had a failure to appear in court on my record. I went to the DMV to immediately reinstate my license which cost me over $100, because I needed my license to go to work. When I went to Jennifer's office the next day to see what the problem was, turns out Jennifer had just never showed up to represent me in court. She lied and claimed it was a "clerical issue" and said she was waiting for a "judge on her good side" to be present in court to fix the issue. Gabbi her secretary told me that Jennifer could refund me the money from the DMV (since it was entirely her fault). Jennifer then tells us that I should have waited until she fixed it in court to reinstate my license. Obviously this was not an option for me since I had to return to work. Fast forward another year and we have been to her office several times to see what the problem is. Every time we go to the office, Jennifer hides and refuses to speak to us. I last went two weeks ago and Jennifer again refused to come and speak with us despite being there. She sent another lawyer out to speak with us and within a week they were supposed to have both called me to update me, and email me proof. It's been two weeks, no phone call, no email, no refund. I moved to Atlanta so I can not go to the office myself. So I called today and Gabbi their receptionist, told me that the lawyer I spoke to two weeks ago has since taken care of the FTA and got a screenshot that he's allegedly going to send me, but that they refuse to refund the money that I had to use to reinstate my license because Jennifer had told me to wait to do that. They JUST fixed their two year mistake (I guess because I have yet to receive proof) and expected me to wait those two years to get my license back over THEIR negligence. They have been nothing but apathetic, rude, and unprofessional and Jennifer Allen can expect a formal complaint to the bar for making my life so difficult these past two years. I would not recommend Jennifer to anyone ever.

The folks at Jennifer Allen Law were great at helping me understand my options when I recently got a speeding ticket. As a new resident of the state (coming from CA) the laws around here are, well, unique, so I very much appreciated them taking the time to explain everything to me. Plus, they were able to get my charges reduced. No points, yay!

I would proceed with caution, if you need help with a traffic ticket. the firm did negotiate a lower charge for my case. However, their communication with you as a client is extremely poor. I even went so far as to contact the travel agency in their building to see if it was the law firm was a viable business.

I'm glad I chose Jennifer Allen to represent me for a speeding ticket I received in NC. I live in MD and after all the lawyers I called and talked to I decided to go with her because she was the most reasonably priced and still very professional. I ended up saving about $300 choosing her opposed to a few other local NC lawyers I spoke to and she got me the best out come possible. No points or anything, just a minimal fine and my insurance premium will remain the same. Thank you so much Jennifer!

I would highly recommend Jennifer Allen Law! I received a traffic ticket while on vacation in North Carolina that required me to go to court. She appeared for me and reduced my ticket so that all I had to pay were court costs. I noticed on other reviews I read that people were saying they had a hard time reaching someone when calling the office. This was not my experience at all! Someone answered every time I called in. Her staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I emailed Jennifer, she would usually respond within a day or two. Her services are priced very reasonably, I was only charged once for her services even though she appeared in court several times for me. I am very impressed with this law firm and would definitely use them again in the future!

LAUGHED AT! Can you believe that. I'm sorry I work two jobs to feed my kids. If you've got any sense of decency, take your legal matters elsewhere. I'm glad I did!

Jennifer Allen is a great lawyer at a great price. She got my misdemeanor dropped and reduced my speeding ticket, and I never had to worry about appearing in court or missing anything. Her office answered any and all questions I had, so I always felt in control of my case.

The biggest drawback is that the office was sometimes hard to reach; however, they always responded eventually.

I am very unhappy with my experience using Jenifer Allen. I contacted her to get a MAR which I was told by the Orange County Courthouse could be executed on my own and she assured me that it was not a difficult or unusual thing to get done. Then a few months later I tried several times to contact her for the results and her assistant Nicole told me that she was unable to get it on the first try and she would try again the following month. During the next 6 months I tried to reach Jennifer several more times but I only heard back from her once to say that she had tried and told me she would try again until 9 months had passed and I gave up. I now have a point on my driving record.

Absolutely painless! Prompt and professional responses from her staff. The outcome of my case was more positive than I expected. I highly recommend!

I had an unprofessional experience with them where I was CC'd to an internal email which was from one of the staff calling me 'high maintenance and attached to her for some reason." She also told her assist to lie to me that she was out of town if I called. I don't believe that is a nice way to treat your clients especially when it comes to representing them in a legal matter no matter how large or small. Also, when I emailed her back to address this issue, she replied with "haha" and tried to explain it was a joke. It's only fair for me to share this experience here.

Nicole's follow-up was exceptional; she kept me regularly informed about the status of my case and upcoming dates. The outcome of my case was better than I could ever have imagined! Ms. Allen was able to get my case dismissed!! I cannot be more grateful. I strongly recommend this firm, without any hesitation to anyone with a traffic violation.

I had an extraordinary experience with Jennifer Allen, I received a letter from her by mail after I had gotten a speeding ticket. I decided to give her a call and spoke with Nicole, who handled everything. Nicole was very pleasant and extremely helpful, she also told me not to worry, that I was in good hands and that was proven. I don't like courtrooms, and was thrilled that I didn't have to go to court. Jennifer got my ticket reduced, and I would recommend her for any Traffic issues. I am very disappointed with my experience in hiring the Jennifer Allen law firm. The attorney (not Jennifer Allen) wound up getting me a worse result than if I had just plead guilty and sent in the ticket. He claimed that he got my ticket "reduced" to a Careless and Reckless so that I wouldn't lose my license "for a full calender year." That is two false statements: Careless and Reckless is not a reduction, but an increase of 4 instead of 2 insurance points, and I would not have lost my license for a year, but for 30 days. Now my insurance will increase 80 to 90% for the next 3 years instead of 45%. So this experience will cost me several hundred dollars in insurance payments as well as the $313.00 that I paid this lawyer. After I complained, Jennifer Allen would not help me in any way. I would be better off if I had never hired them and just taken care of it myself.
