Kendall is excellent! She will explain everything so you understand what you are signing. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable, doesn’t rush you in and out and would most definitely recommend to anyone closing on a home in the Chapel Hill or surrounding area!

Worse real estate attorney ever. Kendall does not know how to prepare real estate contracts and she will not own up to her mistakes. If you need to use her I would recommend getting another real estate lawyer to review her work. Kendall, you know who I am unless you have screwed lots of other people.
