One of the worst attorney's I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I go through multiple closing every year and this law firm is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They delayed closing by an entire month. I then found out that the paralegal told the attorney that she didn't like me (because I corrected her about how EMD works) and the attorney went on to tell the buyer this and the buyer said this is why he was taking his time closing! They are rude and take multiple days to get any small task done or even to just get back. Take my advice and do not work Eugene.

Absolutely the area !

I truly wished that I could have gotten past the poor customer service over the phone with the receptionist. I'm not a real estate expert (which was why is was calling) and needed guidance and assistance for a closing on a property. The receptionist was not helpful and quite frankly a real deterrent from me to even think about giving Mr. Tatum my business.
