Really disappointed in my experience here. I was hoping for a consultation -- and got an immediate response after submitting my initial request that I should set up an appointment. I did so via the calendar and all was well. Then, I was notified 2 days before that it was cancelled and I needed to call and reschedule. I did so for the following Monday. Got on the call on Monday at the appointed time, waited for 10 minutes. Nothing. Emailed and called and was told the lawyer got called into court but neglected to tell the scheduler. Offered another lawyer, but I requested the same lawyer and asked if she was available later that day -- considering I had already taken time off from work and driven home. Told they'd check on that. Waited another 45 minutes. Called to check and at least ask for a discounted rate at that point. Told still hadn't heard from lawyer, will call me back. Waited another 20 minutes. Received call back letting me know that sorry, you're welcome to call and reschedule but no-one is available. I hung up the phone and cried. Here's the thing -- if you're waiting to talk to a lawyer in the first place, you're probably stressed, worried, and ready to talk to someone and be done. Playing a game of phone tag on your personal time does not help.

I have been working with Noble Law Firm for two weeks, they have been very professional. Yesterday was my first time in the office. I spoke with Reggie, Cicero, and Corina. They were very genuine, had great customer service, and were straight to the point. They gave me very clear guidance. Real awesome! Stay tuned for a later review...

Jennifer Bills helped me through an employment issue and I found her to be highly professional and responsive to my needs.  She is knowledgeable  and experienced in employment law and assisted me in resolving my issue in a timely fashion.  I would highly recommend her.

The receptionist was extremely rude and the attorney I had an appointment with never showed up. Very unprofessional place ile never use them again.

Very unhappy with this law firm. Decided to not use them and had over paid them, asked for a refund of unused funds. Three weeks later I am still waiting on that refund. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Positive experience! I received a warm welcome and was walked through the process in a way that helped me understand all the "moving pieces" involved in this type of case. AMAZING!! Like most people, I was worried about contacting an attorney...Will they create a case where there isn't one just to make money? ... Will they charge too much?... Are they experienced enough? ...Is this the right path for me and my situation? Thankfully I found The Noble Law Firm and I found them by reading reviews. Laura and her team provided excellent advice, let me bounce ideas of them and gave me options along the way that I would not have considered if I had taken this on without an attorney. Frustrating experience -- late with documents, had to call repeatedly to get updates on case. Would not recommend.
