I had an exceptional experience with Attorney MacKenzie. They handled my O-1 and my O-1 renewal previously. When they handled my EB-1. It took almost less than 10 months that we had the application to get my green card. I was not denied nor had an issue with any of the steps. I would like to share my story. We were with this lawyer for over 6 years maybe more. When we first started with her we were very exited to finally become a legal permanent resident since my husband is a citizen. Well comes to be that obviously they weren’t doing their job if this process was taking over 6 years. We paid her all the fees she charges for. Until one day my husband got fed up with it and wanted an appointment to actually talk with her and not her assistants to see exactly what was going on since we weren’t getting answers just lame excuses. We get there and we hear One of the girls on the back imitating how my husband talks when he would call them. We kept quiet, when we finally go back someone a guy that we had never worked with came in the room. Didn’t even introduce himself said he was gonna talk to us. When we asked why wasn’t Mrs McKenzie there? He said she’s not here I’ll be talking to you. My husband stated asking question and again we kept getting the same lame excuses we kept hearing for years. My husband kept nodding his head in dissapoinent. The guy got histerical. His name is Isaia( not sure is I spelled it right) said stopped rolling your eyes at me. My husband said man what, I’m not rolling my eyes at you. At that point Isaia gets up and says get out of my office your not gonna disrespect me like that but yet tells me I can stay. Which I responded really, you’re disrespecting my husband and asking me to stay. We go out to the lobby on hope of someone come fix the situation and apologize. We hear him slamming doors In the back. We sat there and nobody came to even ask what happened. Later that day I called McKenzie and I tried telling her how I felt which she didn’t even let me talk she said I believe my employees. She said to get another lawyer because my husband was racist and sexist!y husband in no means is that. How can he be sexist and racist if for 5 consecutive years he volunteered at a school as a soccer coach. Coaching kids of all Races, color and gender. Those kids loved him as well as the parents. McKenzie went as far as blaming me for my case not going good. I told her really you are dropping my case after we paid you all that money which was thousands bybthe way. She said your case is done. Ummmm nope I will consider it done when I have my green card in my hand. I said but ok there’s a good God who sees everything thank you and I hung up. I felt so bad that when I hung up I was I tears because first off my husband worked so hard 2 jobs to come up with that money to pay her and for this to happen. I felt our dreams were crushed. We went to a different lawyer, this be lawyer helped us way and beyond for us. She right away called the embassy in Ciudad Juarez and guess what? Our case had been there since 2012 and the official said my former lawyer didn’t finish my application that’s why my case wasn’t advancing. Well guess what one of the excuses Shae would give us is that the embassy would take 2-3 weeks to return their call. Funny how I’m 5 years embassy never returned their call and my new lawyer while we were present got in touch with them In leas than 1 minuet. My new lawyer took 4 hours to fix the mess the McKenzie law firm messed up in my case and thank God and my new lawyer in less than 3 months I got my interview appointment In Ciudad Juarez. Thank God we are now back in the states as of 2 weeks ago and everything went great. I still feel bad for how I was treated and how for so many years they hold up my case. I’m sharing my story so this won’t happen to others and if you have been with them for more than 2 years look for another lawyer and don’t wait more time and risk the same thing to happen to you. I know the McKenzie law firm and the employees there will read this I have nothing bad to say to you guys If your conscience is clean with what you guys did to my self Maria and Antonio then that’s fine we all are doferent at heart. Thank you for treating us the way ya did because thanks to that we were able to get the help we needed somewhere else.

Stay away from this attorney! I had an awful experience trying to get my permanent residence...

So unprofessional do not update on your case like they should. When you call they have a bad attitude, respond late to emails. They say they short on staff at some point didn't have paralegal they had the front desk person working on peoples cases. I asked other people who have dealt with her and they all had terrible experiences. Waste of time and money.

Amazing group of people that are very helpful with simplifying the process and not stressing. 10 out of 10 would recommend to come here.
