Bankruptcy is a painful and emotional decision which requires an empathetic attorney willing to take the time to ask probing (sometimes difficult) questions. This is what I found in Damon Duncan. The process can seem confusing and the fees daunting but you know where every dollar is going from the very beginning. Damon seems to be dedicated to the practice of bankruptcy, up to date on the latest developments and provided me with competent representation in the courtroom. He has practical knowledge and knows what to do if problems arise during the process. He and his staff walk you through every step of the process with both written and video instructions. I felt extremely comfortable with him and had no problem trusting him to take care of my situation. He really seems to have a desire to help; to hear and understand you. You don't want an attorney who simply has the proper credentials, but one who understands your specific situation and goals. I do not know how I could have made it through this process without Damon and his team. They are incredible!

mr duncan is awesome!!! i have never worked with a more down to earth intelligent man. he is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. his office staff, especially holly, were absolutely nice as nice could be. even when i kept asking the same questions over and over. i would give mr duncan and his office staff a 10 if i could. wonderful people !!!!!

I contacted the office to assist me with filling a proof of claim as I am a creditor in a relatives bankruptcy case. Even after stressing that I was willing to pay for information and services, the lady I spoke with refused to schedule a consultation after learning I wasn't actually filling for bankruptcy. It makes no sense to me why a business would turn away a paying customer. Needless to say I will not recommend this firm to anyone in need of bankruptcy services.

I should of posted this review years ago when I first used Ducan Law for my bankruptcy case. I swear to all things good that Damon and Melissa are the people to go with! Damon was very receptive, polite, communicative, respectful and very easy to work with. He calmed my fears and was very NON-judgemental which is hard to find in an attorney these days. As Damon is really the only attorney I know, I've sent him off the wall random legal questions over the years that dont really pertain to his area of law but he was still willing to reply and give me any information he had or refered me to someone who could help. Wonderful firm and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
