We had him handle the closing for a home we purchased recently. The deal was a little fluid as problems arose with negotiations between us and the sellers as well as the buyers of our previous home. He responded to the issues quickly and confidently and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done.

There were three closings in total that were all connected: the closing for the home we were selling (handled by another lawyer), the closing for the home we were purchasing, and the closing for the home our sellers were purchasing. These three closings happened in that order an hour apart and everything happened on time and felt perfectly choreographed. This was a complicated feat because each closing relied on funds from the previous one.

He continued to be available after the closing to answer questions. I couldn't be happier with the result and appreciated having an experienced and confident attorney making sure everything went off without a hitch.

We had a 2pm appointment on 12/12/18 and arrived early where we were greeted by a female person who made an attempt at a greeting then immediately asked for a driver's license. We were thinking, "Do you mind if we get in the door first?" She then gave instructions to seat ourselves in the conference room and wait for the attorney. When the attorney, Randall Perry came in my (83) year old mother explained she wasn't feeling well and might need to leave for the restroom soon but I, her son, would sign the documents for her. He said, Can't you just wait long enough to get the papers completed since there aren't that many?" No empathy for my elderly mom or her very serious medical situation, just focused on getting another item off his "to do" list. I signed the first page and the signature went a little beyond the line and he replied. "You need to write smaller so you can fit it in and use the full name because this is a legal document, you know?" I have to say that in my (64) years this is the most tasteless experience I've ever had with a legal firm.
