Receptionist very nice, but after 4 calls to inquire about an estate matter my dsughter was put thtough to Mr Myers. He was very short with her and made her feel like her question was of little
Importance to him.
Customer service is high priority to my family. Her inquiry should have been answered with professionalism and respect. We chose NOT to hire Mr Myers for our legal needs based on his
Rudeness.

Zero stars!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! Between the signers, the selling agent and the buyers agent, we had to have called 20 times plus numerous emails! No answer or call back and then they lost the contract!

Would not recommend using this lawyer. You have to stay on top of them to do their job. When they finally finished it, it was incorrect. We are still waiting on them to fix their mistake.

Spoke on phone with receptionist and explained what legal work I needed. Sent paralegal long detailed email with specific information and what services I needed. Never received any correspondence. Called several more time to ask when I should expect to hear from paralegal. Finally called the attorney several days later to explain what was going on and to find out why I hadn't received a response. He was very rude and seemed rather matter of fact and uncaring his staff were incompetent.
