Shane stutts was our lawyer handling a eviction case, I'm giving him 2 stars because at least the job was done but he took extremely long, when we've done this process before with other lawyers and also added charges at the end of $150 more which we had no choice but to pay because he was withholding money for repairs from the tenant .
