Necessary feedback. Disappointing referral from Schmitz firm. Serious issue unaddressed after four weeks. They did not put in the time to read, fully understand and handle issues involved. Two weeks ago we were promised that it was "handled". It was not. Embarrassing typo and delays. The attorney sent a release with someone else’s name on it. No attention to detail. Zero confidence.
