David Tanis looked after me but is now retired. So i hired JD. JD took care of me with no problem at a Level 3 with 23 dwlr convictions. Highly recommended. Rating only goes 5 but he up there.

I couldn't have asked for a better attorney! I would highly recommend him to anyone. Communication is very thorough and quick to respond. Any matter I have had that he has handled, has been with complete and utter satisfaction.

Honest and hardworking even with my extensive records was not only able to have the charges dismissed he also was able to have them expunged from my record!!!

Wish I could give this zero stars worst lawyer I’ve ever delt with give him 5k dollars and he never spoke to me again called multiple times for months to ask about what was going on with my case never call me back or answer my calls so thankfully I found a lawyer who would actually help me I would recommend staying away from him he does nothing but take your money BEWARE

Great lawyer been using him for years and always does an outstanding job

Very terrible experience with him!. I hired him for My fiancé and he did absolutely no help to the situation, AT ALL. He then came and told my fiancé that he couldn’t do anything to help him after WEEKS of being hired but yet he took my money 2,500 to be exact! Without informing me that he couldn’t do anything about the situation. He told him exactly what the court appointed lawyer told him the outcome would be, he didn’t even change the situation a bit. then my fiancé had his plea signing and I was called and told that his court time would be at 11:10 am I get there and he’s already gone they went ahead and did it early but yet I get no phone call to inform me. I will not ever, EVER recommend anybody to them! May as well stick with your court appointed lawyer or find somebody else that’s for sure!

Good reputation...some communication is not very good

PAID HIM $1000 to represent me and did absolutely nothing!! He only met me when he wanted his money and on the day of court! He did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! All he did was read a letter to the judge which I had written to Byers myself as midigating factors....!!!! HE IS A SUCKY LAWYER AND WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!
