For more than a month Ms. Bibb made more than one promise to work on our closing...but did nothing. She came extremely close in ruining a one million dollar plus transaction. Following the empty promises, I politely questioned of why the delays???...her office assistant immediately contacted the realtor to complain stating "that they were NOT going to be pressured and were NOT going to proceed". If that wasn't bad enough, she would not transfer the earnest money to the attorney we ended up hiring in her place. Realtor had to go to her office and demand it. Firm is very unprofessional. Apparently better experienced in small to moderate transactions. I believe our's was beyond her capability.
