Our Indiana company needed a firm in TN to litigate our customer (based in TN) that would not pay.

The collection company that we had been using to pursue this customer seemed to be intimidated by this corporate customer and failed miserably. (We closed the matter with them before litigation and sought out a firm in TN)

Pepper Law was so effective that this customer settled before litigation! Full $45K balance + collection fees (that we were stuck with from the collection company) + our legal costs!

We sincerely wish Pepper Law was located in Indiana so that we could use them for all of our legal matters.

I would highly recommend Ross Pepper. He’s a very ethical, savvy and supportive attorney. I hired Mr. Pepper to represent me in a dispute with a General Contractor who abandoned a construction job and refused to finish it unless I gave in to his stipulations. I refused and hired another contractor to finish the job. The original General Contractor sued me and filed a lien on my property. With Mr. Pepper’s wise counsel, we went through mediation and reached a reasonable settlement.
