Chris was an incredible resource for me as I initiated a fight regarding the ADA/civil rights with a public university that seemed (at the time) insurmountable. I had an amazing experience with this firm. I mainly spoke/worked with Chris Smith. they took on my case with a denial of entry/refusal of service/access denied because of my having my service dog with while trying to eat lunch. Chris even came out to my parents house in Murfreesboro, Tn because I was to shook up & sleep deprived to drive to Nashville. Chris responded to every email or call in an appropriate amount of time. They were able to get the case settled without having to go to court, which I wanted to avoid seeing these people ever again if possible.
