Look for different firm, I was solely disappointed on the "word" of this firm, even after explaining was the reason I used them instead of using my own attorney as well as their professional ability to get things done quickly. Slow response to "no" response on my emails. Poor way their real estate processor addressed my concerns over what they agreed to and they "ONLY" handled he “back side” of a closing for me. Only after I emailed "closing off" did they decide to stand behind their word. I would not give a rating of 1 - more like a 0. Be smart - Look up reviews before using a firm to handle your affairs.

I have never dealt with this level of incompetence. Every document sent for the sale of a house was wrong. At one point they asked me what to do. Do not use this firm.
